How to annotate a PDF
- Upload the PDF and click a page number to open that page.
- Choose Highlight, Underline or Note/comment, and a color.
- Drag the box over the text. For notes, type the comment.
- Click Add annotation. Repeat on other pages.
- Review the pending list, remove any you don't want, and click Download PDF.
Tips
- Give each color one meaning, such as yellow for problems and blue for things to check.
- Keep notes short. Longer feedback belongs in the email you send with the PDF.
- To change the text itself, use the PDF text editor.
