How to sign a PDF

- For other pages, open that page and click Add signature to this page.

Tips
- To make a signature image, sign white paper with a dark pen, photograph it straight on, and remove the white with the background remover.
- Size the signature to the space on the form. Oversized signatures look pasted on.

Is a signature added this way legally valid?
Typed and image signatures can count as simple electronic signatures. Requirements depend on the document and jurisdiction, so check with the receiving party when it matters.
Why does my signature image have a white rectangle around it?
It was saved without transparency, for example as JPG. Make it a transparent PNG.
Can I sign on more than one page?
Yes. Place a signature on each page, then download once.
Does the signed PDF look different from the original?
Only where you added the signature. Pages are not re-rendered.
Is my contract uploaded when I sign it here?
No. The document and signature are combined in your browser.
